A Saudi court sentenced an Indian doctor to prison for molesting a young woman while working in Saudi Arabia. The court sentenced him to five years in prison and a fine of Rs 33.4 lakh. He's 57 years old, from Karnataka, and works as a pathologist in Saudi Arabia's Jizan province. The claim is that he inappropriately massaged the young woman's hand while she was on internship. The public prosecution opened a case based on the woman's complaint and sent it to the criminal court. He has previously worked in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

The woman claimed that the doctor touched her hand while demonstrating a sample as part of her internship. At the same time, the accused's relatives claimed that the woman filed the case because of a misunderstanding, while moving the computer mouse while discussing the situation.

The brawl took place in the presence of two youngsters, aged five and six. Deepti then stepped into the kitchen, where Shaji assaulted her with a machete. Deepti’s neck was severed.

India is preparing to launch its own bullet train capable of reaching speeds of 250 kilometers per hour (kmph), according to a senior government official.

This train is expected to outperform all existing trains on the Indian Railways network. Furthermore, the high-speed train, which is now in development, is being built on the Vande Bharat platform, which is known for reaching a top speed of 220 kmph, according to an official speaking with ET. Furthermore, it is now being built at the Indian Railways' Integral Coach Factory (ICF) in Chennai, with ideas taking shape quickly.

In the worldwide arena, high-speed trains, like the French TGV and the Japanese Shinkansen, are recognized for their ability to cruise at speeds exceeding 250 kmph, as stated by

India's transition to high-speed rail has not been without international backing. While Japanese technology-driven bullet trains are now being built to operate the Mumbai-Ahmedabad line, India is taking steps to become self-sufficient in this area. The Shinkansen E5 series trains, intended for the Mumbai-Ahmedabad route, can reach speeds of up to 320 kmph.

According to the official, the emphasis is not only on speed, but also efficiency. The new Vande Bharat trains would speed from zero to 100 kilometers per hour in 52 seconds, two seconds faster than existing bullet trains.

Three more suspects have been arrested in connection with the Pannoor bombing in Kannur. Sajilesh and Jijosh, both from Kathirur, were arrested, as was Babu, a Vadakara resident. Sajilesh is accused of murdering RSS leader Kathirur Manoj. The ammunition was seized from Vadakara Madapalli during the police inquiry into where the ammunition for the bomb was procured.

Babu, a Vadakara native, was detained after transporting ammo from Vadakara to Panur to manufacture a bomb. By questioning him, the police apprehended two additional persons. Madapally yielded three kg of ammo. The police and bomb squad continue to search the Kannur and Kozhikode districts' borders.

A bomb went off during construction in Panur, killing one person. Later, authorities conducted a search of the area, discovering other steel explosives.
